Working across the Gers, Lot-et-Garronne and it's surrounding areas, I offer private chef and catering services, from a single celebratory or family meal, to small weddings and events.

With a background in fine-dining and a firm belief in utilising the local produce of the Gers in interesting and creative ways, my dishes offer a different way to enjoy the Gascogne culinary landscape, mixing both traditional and modern techniques, flavours and presentation.
